Employees go through professional training regardless of their age. We provide further education and reclassification for every employee according to their predispositions and the needs of the organization. Such evaluation ensures that trained employees are assigned the appropriate authorities at the discretion of the director. The director decides about all types of external training.
Records about education, training, skills and experiences are kept in the form of certificates.
We constantly monitor business quality indicators and customer requirements to keep a high level of customer satisfaction.
